These are known software bugs that are present in the current RoboDJ release. They will be addressed in later releases.
The "Use SRPC (Sound Recording Performance Complement)" checkbox does not limit number of plays by artist to 3 within a 3-hour window if the Genre or Class are reset within 3 hours due to a limited number of songs in that genre or class. This does not affect storecasting, but does affect the legal contract for Internet audio streaming. 12/15/2012
RoboDJ displays jpegs of album covers contained in the same folder as the playing song. This can sometimes result in a wrong picture being displayed if the song is within a "Various Artists" or other generic folder that does not relate to the artist being played. 12/15/2012
Windows XP Users - Error 1904
On some Windows XP versions, the installation program will balk and give you an error message: "Error 1904 IEFrame Failed to register. Contact your support personnel." Click "Continue" on the installer and skip this part. RoboDJ will finish installing properly and will work just fine.
RoboDJ Crashes After Installation
It's a bug that affects some Windows installations, but we can't duplicate it because restarting RoboDJ after the installation won't repeat the problem. After this unfortunate crash, RoboDJ will work just fine.
File Not Found / Unreadable Characters
Most parts of RoboDJ are Unicode-compliant, but unfortunately some are not. RoboDJ recognizes Western language characters such as most Spanish, French, and Norwegian language letters (such as Ñ, Ç, Ø, æ, ß, and é), but many Eastern European letters are not supported. While the database will save the Unicode letters correctly, RoboDJ will be unable to find the file later. This cannot be addressed now, but will be addressed in a later version of RoboDJ.
